Hello I am Max!

I will start with the basics I am 29 and work as an electrical engineer. I live in Yorkshire with my wife Liz and 2 Boys and our dog Charlie. I like spending time with the family and going out to the cinema, for long walks and watching/playing lots of sports

My eldest son is 12 years old and youngest 8, me and Liz have been trying for more kids for over 7 years now. We both want a big family and have been getting ready for our IVF treatment for a long time.

I am pretty handy at DIY so I am really looking forward to getting a nursey room ready in our house if things go well.

I am looking forward to getting started with our 1st try at IVF and I really hope things go well. We will both be making regular updates in the blog and taking part in our forum. We might be the only people in it In terms of my fertility, I think I am ok we had a test done maybe 2 years ago and it the results were good so we are positive we can conceive we just need a little help

The online diary was my idea, it is a reference tool for the future so we can see what we have been through. Plus we hope maybe others will find it interesting and be able to build friendships and maybe receive and give some good advice
